In a bid to bring qualitative changes
in lives of people with disabilities (PwDs), Uttar Pradesh government
is organising a job fair for such persons in the month of September,
2016.
The event would provide differently-abled candidates with opportunities to get employed in top companies. SynapseIndia along with other companies will be presenting career opportunities for differently-abled candidates in job fair. SynapseIndia is spirited by the UP government's initiative to empower Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and enable opportunities for them.
We believe that giving jobs to PwDs is a service to humanity and imperative for the progress of our country.

Despite private sector continually striving to provide employment to the physically impaired, only a small fraction among the differently-abled actually have jobs. SynapseIndia also urges to other employers in IT industry for mainstreaming and empowering Persons with Disabilities with suitable jobs opportunities.
The job fair is intended to bring together the employers and differently-abled candidates on a common platform and to facilitate employability of the educated and deserving candidates among them.
