SynapseIndia participated in job fair as employer to present career opportunities for differently abled candidates

In a bid to bring qualitative changes in lives of people with disabilities (PwDs), Uttar Pradesh government organised the job fair for PWD candidates on 28^th October, 2016 in Ghaziabad. The event was organised with the purpose to provide differently-abled candidates with opportunities to get employed in top companies.

SynapseIndia, the major IT outsourcing company in India, also participated in the job fair as employer to present career opportunities for differently-abled candidates. Around 200 PWD candidates participated in the event amongst which there were also hearing & speech impaired candidates who were assigned an interpreter for the interview process.

Candidates were excited to apply for SynapseIndia jobs and make a career with us. They asked many questions related to their future & SynapseIndia career opportunities. SynapseIndia recruitment team was really impressed by the confidence that PWD candidates carried and their spirit. Even after difficulties, most of the differently-abled candidates managed to travel long and appeared in job fair, which was inspiring. Other IT companies should also facilitate employability to the educated and deserving PWD candidates.
